only nice if you have a dog

this is a nice building to live in if you have a pet, but the majority of the residents have multiple dogs and people living in the one bedroom apartments, which I think is disgusting. The hallways smell like wet dog (and you will find the occassional pile of feces in the middle of the hallway). Every exit smells like urine because the disgusting tenants allow their dogs to urinate on the carpeting. management does all the can to mask the smell, but there is only so much one can do when you have many people who do not care about the quality of the building or have respect for the other residents.
So, if you have multiple dogs, and are used to living in your own filth this might be the place for you. I advise anyone without a pet to steer clear because this place is not worth the $770 a month.

dogs are dogs, they are gonna smell - it's the nature of the beast and a lot of dogs live here, some dogs are old and sometimes pee in the hall by accident. The real issue is that the carpets never get cleaned, in a place where dogs are tenants and rents and deposits are high - you would think that the management could afford a few hundred bucks a month to get the carpets cleaned. but i've been here 8 months and not seen any cleaning. I think it's more a management issue than a pet / owner thing. After all this place advertizes that it is pet friendly.
