A great place to start. It's location allows you to explore Portland and it's diverse neighborhoods. The apartments are the right size and price. Having Buckman field is also a treat. You have no excuse but to exercise and play some tennis, with the portland tennis center next door. Clean and safe. Friendly and caring management.
