Buckman Terrace is a well kept and clean location. I have rented in different places and this is the nicest. I do recomend renting here as it is nice.

funny how the last three recommendations all sound like them came from the same author... I remember this place and no one would ever say that this place is the nicest or cleanest apartment building in Portland. Summit like to hire and fire apartment managers... likely this came from some newbie trying to improve the poor history of this building.
