The manager (Carolyn), the customer service, the building, and the accommodations have all been excellant.

I enquired in October, 2007, and was shown a 1-bedroom unit, and all the facilities. I was given a description of the 3 units coming open in Nov. or Dec. I was given my choice by floor and location in the building.

All questions I could come up with were answered fully by Carolyn, who was very-very sensitive to all my concerns and personal preferences.

The application and approval processes were simple, quick, and very cordial. She was wonderful to work with, and very personable, and (again) very sensitive to the customer's needs and preferences.

The building is very beautiful, and very comfortable, and a real masterpiece of contemporary architecture. Truly a convenient and charming place to reside.

I moved in in December, and have since been very pleased with all accommodations.

What seemed to make it work well is that the manager is very smart, and energetic, and hard-working, and takes the time to be sensitive to the customer's needs and preferences.
