I've been a very happy resident of Buckman Terrace for over 1 1/2 years. The management (Carolyn and others), maintenance and cleaning staff are fabulous! True, the apartments are bit on the pricey side but then there's the safety and security that were key reasons why I moved here. Downtown is minutes by bus/bike and the Fareless Square area is 15 minutes walking time. I LOVE the secured bike rooms with lockers. When I have early morning flights to catch, it's a snap walking to the Lloyd Center MAX airport line. The mailboxes are secure and roomy. So, I'm a happy camper! Thanks, Buckman Terrace!

What planet are YOU on? The mailboxes are secure and roomy sure sounds like you were asked by managment to write this. How did you like the live outdoor music that went on right next door for over 5 hours yesterday. This place just keeps went worse as the prices continue to go up. How about having your utility bill double for no reason? Did you like that too? Do you like the $80 heat bills during the winter and the sweat box 85 degree apartment during the summer. Did you like the fact that it took a year to fix the broken security lock on the garage? I'm glad that you're a happy camper because nobody else that lives here seems to be including me.
