Nice Building, Bad Management

Rent is on the rise (my renewal was set $85 higher). There aren't a lot of amenities. The building is nice, but I was extremely dissatisfied with the managers...not that the managers were often there during the year I lived there. This last weekend, 3 of us moved out. The weekend before there were 2 leaving. I love the area, but it's not worth it.
