Terrible Maintenance Terrible Management

I lived here for 9 months and had a few maintenance problems, on the problems that i had it took them at least two months for the problem to be fixed. I asked the management about this they said it was my fault. They called my parents to ask them about maintenance. When I asked them about this issue they said it was the only phone number they had on file I later showed them the lease agreement with my number on it and not even as much as an apology

I am a current resident at Bull Mountain Heights going on two and a half years. After reading this review I felt compelled to defend the community that has been nothing short of first class. Their staff is friendly, professional and has made my families living experience nothing short of Outstanding.

Go ahead and defend them..maybe they've been good to you. But they pulled that exact same stunt on my boyfriend and his roomate. He didn't even find out that he'd been billed for water damage to the carpet..when the water heater broke..and the staff there FAILED to get the mess cleaned up. He recieved NO NOTIFICATION from them. The only way he found out was when he went to move into another apartment and they rejected his application. He then called Bull Mountain to inquire and all they did was pass him around and shrug it off.
