I lived here for 9 months...Thank God not a minute longer.

The scent of pot was continuosly coming from other balconies. There were atleast two neighbors who were "hockering" off their balconies adjacent to mine. Imagine listening to that for 9 months every single day.

Parking was awful. It's not bad enough that there's a tremendous lack of spaces, but worse is that the inadequate parking is due to abandoned/not running cars and double-parking.

Maintenance...When I moved in the apartment had issues with low grade dry wall. It took the maintenance department three months to fix it. Also the deck fell apart making it a living hazard.
I consider to be the worst of the apartments I lived at in the Portland area.

Finally I would reccomend that you avoid princeton properties as they are unethical and just flat out lazy
