I have lived here for 2 years and have not had any of the problems that others have written about. We all know that most reviewers are going to complain about something. The rent is reasonable and my neighbors are all respectful. The main problem is kids playing in the parking lot (I do not like kids so no matter what they do it would annoy me) and dog poo not being picked-up. They have tried to institute a fine for not cleaning up after your dog but obivously it is hard to enforce so I just clean up after the people that are too lazy when I am out walking my dog. I do not have a problem with parking and neither do the people that come to visit me. When my hot water heater exploded while I was out of town it was taken care of promptly even though the poor maintenence guy was sick. I have never seen animals wandering the property unleashed unless you include an occasional cat or deer.
