I lived there for six months. I found other places to stay most of the time because it was so awful. Management are spies, and are age prejudice. I had to call the police FIVE times in one week because of upstairs neighbors, and management refused to do anything about it. The police went to talk to management, and they still chose to do nothing. Awful management skills. They never answer the phone, and not once did I receive a phone call back. They took someone of the lease from listening to a message, and didn't even call back to verify. I work in the service industry, and know first hand how to deal with people. It was the worst living situation I have been in.
They said the apartment would be ready after having four weeks to clean, and when I moved in, the garbage disposal was brken, towel racks in the bathroom were broken, and there were dents in the walls that had not been fixed.
Now, they are charging me 200$ for things listed that were already broken!
Maintenance guy (who is the apartment manager's husband) is a creepy jerk too.

Really, when you called the police did you tell them about the stop sign you or one of your unauthorized residents stole off of the property and had in your apt. And you forgot to mention that 3 different residents called and complained about you before any of your complaints. And if you work in the service industry then you should realize that the management must value their long term residents who lived around you, (who had never had complaints against them until you complained) had to suffer until you moved out. Find a hobby!
