The management is poor. The office is rarely opened. If it snows you are screwed. You cannot get out of the apartment complex because of the snow and ice and the management does nothing about it. Like deicing the sidewalks nor the parking lot. The parking spots are to small even for compact cars. I live underneath kids who constantly argue fight throw things slam doors ect... ect... nothing is done about it but hey if they find out you have a dog and haven't paid the deposit you are in trouble. The management is very hard to get ahold of. The maintenance sucks. The appliances are old, worthless and broken. The management is very unfriendly. The gym consists of one broken cycle one treadmill and one stairmaster. The grounds are kept nice. The walls are paper thin. You can hear babies scream and cry you can upstairs when they flush the toilet, walk around turn on the sink and the dryer washing machine. Everything. I wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone and the type of people that live here. No offense to them but they are druggies, crazy people who prepare for nuclear explosions, aggressive people who drink too much, fat and lazy mean people who do not mind thier own business and alot of unruly obnoxious little brats who run around without supervision and do whatever the hell they want.

Sounds like your upset you got caught with an unauthorized dog. Residents like me who paid their pet deposits prior to moving their pet in are glad that the management expects you to pay too. That wouldnt be fair if they didnt expect you to pay. P.S. I love it here!

I have now been here in an upstairs apartment for three months. I love it. I moved from my own 4 bedroom home and was really worried about taking a step back into apartment life. I have a dog, which they were wonderful about. The pool was nice this summer and the management isn't always up your butt as long as you're considerate of others.
