We wanted out as soon as we got in. Upon move in there was there was dog hair everywhere. You would think charging dog owners extra, it would be for cleaning when they move out. I would find that hard to believe. You can hear everything above and below you. It is very clear that these apartments where thrown up cheaply. Along with the noise our biggest complaint was never completely addressed. Smell. We would get odors from the people below us coming into our bathroom everyday. It probably smelled fine to the people below, but not us. When I asked maintenance if they had encountered this before he said yes. So clearly they are aware of it and don't care about the turnover. They just move in the next tenant. When ever the neighbor below would smoke on there patio, even with our windows and doors shut, the smoke would come into our small apartment. About a month before we moved out we asked for something to be done. They said they would put in new weather stripping. Never happened. When we finally moved out when doing the walk through with the new office lady I pointed out the smell. Her she acknowledged the smell and her comment was, "Oh we will have to fix that before the next people move in". Are issues where never addressed and we were never offered another apartment. That being said I DO NOT Recomend this apartment complex. We found a much nicer complex for almost the same amount and we are VERY PLEASED with our new place. This is by far the worst complex I have ever lived in. Management might seem nice, but it doesn't mean they will help you when needed. I HIGHLY RECOMEND LOOKING ELSWHERE.
