Everything was beyond expected - reasonable price, very quiet & peaceful, no problems with neighbors, Manager very attentive & quick to respond to maintenance requests, no problems with parking, did not raise rent while installing new doors & windows, convenient location, returned full deposit since I had thoroughly cleaned during my move-out. I would highly recommend to anyone. Only down side was no pets allowed, but I was ok with that. Would have stayed there if I didn't move out of the area...
