Lovely apartments

This is indeed a great place to live. The only complaint is the old floors are creaky so you can hear wherever your upstairs neighbors are in their apartment, and it is behind the Marathon Tavern which means weekend nights can get a little noisy, but for being just off Burnside the Casa Del Rey is relatively quiet. Great neighbors, great apartment manager (Dawn), great apartments, and an unbelievably great price to rent. I have friends around Flanders/Glisan/23rd who pay literally twice as much rent as I do for relatively identical flats.
