Noisy parking lot and was woken up early hours of the morning due to blasting music several times. I told management and no notices were sent out. Nasty grounds in the court yard area with all the kids. Throw up, dirty diapers opened and thrown all over the concrete in the trach area which stunk to high heaven. Dirty when I moved in, I had to clean after they so called cleaned before I moved in. I lived on top and the neighbors on the bottom were very loud with music blasting late at night and saturday mornings. No yard for your kids to play in. The so called playground sucked. The parking was very scarce and by car door was damaged by someone backing into it and not leaving a not. Now it makes noise when I open it and I have to slam it to close it. The parking spaces were wayyyy too narrow for anyone to get out of there car so often I had nicks on my nice new car which I am very p---ed about. The inspections were excessive and suggest if you don't have to live in an income restricted apartment... DON'T!

This is absolutly wrong! It sounds like you are discriminating on people with lower incomes and if you have a problem with it you shouldn't live in a place like this! And the property is NOT filthy at all!
