Don't live here! Or their other complex, Garden Glen

Sure it's cheap, but you get what you pay for. I lived at Cedar Lane for a month. I couldn't take the cat pee smell any longer, and there is no back porch so you're trapped if there is a fire, so I moved to their other complex, Garden Glen and it was a nightmare. My apartment would flood whenever it rained a lot. In Portland it rains a lot. The water came in through the walls, and black mold grew everywhere. My lawyer had a guy test for moisture in the walls, and it was way over the level it should be, and that means black mold growing IN the walls too. When I told management about this, they PAINTED over the mold! They lied to my face and said they weren't liable for my damages. The damages caused by THEIR crappy building. So we went to court, I won, they told me to move out. So I did, happily. Every night there was a fight, the police, and meth dealers finally got busted. Unless you want to live on the top floor sweatbox (NO air conditioning) and sleep with a gun under your pillow, save yourself a nightmare and rent somewhere else. I love the neighborhood though.
