We signed 9 months lease from May 2008 -Jan 2009. by Nov,
We told the staff we will moved out by end middle of December.
Anyway we payed one extra month to cover the Jan rent.
The staff told me they would return my deposit to my bank account automatically.
But One month later We received email told us they kept our deposti and said it was paying for the January's utility, water bill etc. that is non-sense.
They just stole my money. Anyway, I couldn't do anything(We were oversea for two years). This month we came back. we needed to rent place but we didn't not rent that apartmetn again.
