The office staff is really dumb. they are rude and confused.

there is one with an accent that is really dumb, danielle always gets information wrong, and the office manager: Landon, is the biggest piece of crap there. He's worthless, he acts like this is his first job. He's really funny to deal with, because he reads from a script. Dont trust him.

its noisy too, the walls are thin and building is crap. you can hear the people next door having sex, going to the bathroom and the basic domestic dispute.

cars fly through this area with their music loud, so expect that throughout the day and late evening. they dont enforce pool hours, so young kids drink and be merry at the pool until the late hours of the morning.

lots of spiders and mold. the construction is shoddy. the area is unsafe, there are car breakins every week and the sherriff is here quite a bit.

maintance staff is polite, but that's about it
