They're turning this place into a (overpriced) condo community as we speak. Yes'm, they offered to sell me my 448 sq/ft studio for the low-low buy-it-now price of $101,000 (gee, where do I sign!')
This place is super clean and convenient for the money. Covered parking spots, shopping right across the street, hot tub open till 1:00 AM. Yeah, theres definitely worse places, but I wont be buying my unit and so will have to be moving again after a measly 12 months.
-The apartment management can be snotty at times.
-The owners of Central Bethany Development are clearly greedy as it gets.
Even though its a moot point now, I would have recommended this place overall.
