I personally moved here because I had a poor credit history and had just returned to the Portland area and I knew they would accept me. The complex is huge. They've cleaned it up a lot, but there is still a lot of drug use and wild parties. I've already had one tenant evicted from above me for loud, wild parties at all hours. The one who lives above me now had slightly quieter, not so wild parties, but it's still at hours that I would like to be sleeping. The guy across the hall is fencing drugs out of his apartment. The guy down the hall gets drunk and comes out of his apartment at 1 or 2 in the morning yelling profanities and banging on people's doors. If this is your kind of thing, the place is great. If it's not, and you need a pit stop on a place to somewhere better, the place works. They're not too demanding. There is a new manager now who demands that you pay rent and utilities on time, but if you're like me and trying to improve, that won't bother you. Oh yeah, they're quick to fix things and they do it right the first time, at least that's my experience.
