Too noisey for me From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/30/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   Nice apartment but poor construction. I think they forgot soundproofing between walls and floors. Floors creak, you can hear every step taken upstairs. Noise got so bad from kids running upstairs one day that I pounded on ceiling. Management told me that I was in violation of my lease but it was ok for neighbors to make noise between 7am and 10pm. The rent is reasonable, maintenance is good and Ive had no problems with parking but I cant handle the noise from next door and especially upstairs. Ill be moving next month.
