Okay for the location, but there are problem areas From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/5/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   I have lived here for two years and I am moving out next month. Here is my review of the apartments. There are lots of children here, so expect tons of kids running around unsupervised making noise and causing problems. This is especially apparent in the summer when school is out so they are running around constantly. I live in an apt somewhat close to the pool and when they are there it is VERY noisy. There is also a lot of vandalism due to so many kids running around. Bashed in garage doors, car vandalism ect. Lived here two years and had my car spay painted once, broke into once and various dings and scratches from the kids riding their bikes so close. My valve stem caps have been stolen to many times to count. The parking isnýt too bad if you have a parking space, if you donýt expect to park far away FRI-SUN. Noise is a big problem here. I can hear people talking in the parking lot like they are sitting next to me. You can here EVERY step the person in the apartment over you is taking. However, I donýt hear the people beside me. There are also a lot of minorities living here that donýt speak much English (if any at all). I donýt have a problem with this but if you have a problem with your neighbor and canýt communicate the problem with them because they donýt speak the same language this can be a very difficult situation....This happened to me :( Before this turns into a novel I will get to the good points. The staff in the office is really great and has improved very much over the past two years. I can tell there is an effort being made at making the apartments look nice and grounds are constantly being kept up.
