Clackamas Trails

 
This apartment complex is huge. It was my first apartment and I thought that it was just fine. However, I was at the "good" end of the complex. I wasn't surrounded by the less than desirable neighbors that some people were. We were just lucky and got a good location. For what I paid for this place, I thought it was pretty decent. I didn't feel 100% safe here because of the neighborhood it lies in... I look out off my balcony and see gang insignia spray painted on people's fences. This place isn't as terrible as some say.

And yeah they make you sign a mold agreement, but that is just for awareness... They don't check up on you to make sure it is happening. Yeesh.
