My overall experience here has been a pleasant one. I've had some issues with the management office, but usually they are very nice and helpful. My friend had his car broken into twice here and says he knows of other people who have had that problem. Parking can be an issue on weekends if you get home late. It's not the quietest place. I can hear every move my upstairs neighbors make, sometimes it sounds like someone is in the apartment with me and it scares me. My roommate says that there is a constant traffic noise in her room, but my room faces the parking lot so all I hear is the fountain in front of the office. I can hear my next door nieghbor's music through the wall. Not enough to wake me up, but enough to really annoy me when I do wake up.
Other than that, the apartment is nice. I enjoy the floorplan and it is a very nice looking complex from the outside. I've never had any problems with maintenance. I've always felt safe here, though from reading other reviews, maybe I shouldn't. The plumbing is great. The toilet never stops up and there is good water pressure. I would keep living here if the rent didn't go up and it was closer to my work. Compared to a lot of what I see around Portland, I think this is a very nice place.
