Well aside from the constant miscommunication from their employees (I.e. each person will tell you the other person is wrong and tell you whats right, which is wrong according to the other person) and the police coming late at night to calls of a disturbace, from people yelling things along the lines of "I didnt shoot that Mother F*cker!!" and the charging of 20 dollars for a parking space that isnt even guarenteed to be near your apartment(they tell you, you have 2 parking spaces per person, but in all reality you pay for your space if you want it and if not you dont get a space) And being just across the street from a recent string of rapes and flashings. The inside of the apartments are nice, and the staff is friendly!
