DO NOT RENT HERE!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
Where do I start... how about I start with the first day I lived there. They changed the locks on me and I had to stand out in the rain for 3 hours waiting for some guy to come open my apartment.
Next when I requested service on broken items within the apartment, they were never fixed and they decided when they wanted to enter the apartment WITHOUT giving 24 hour notices. Some guy even came into my apartment and shaved in my sink. When I told the office about it, they said that I couldn't do anything about it unless I had pictures to prove it.
Then, there was an incredible ant problem. Carpenter ants were everywhere and let me tall you THEY BITE. When I presented the SCARS from the bites to the office, I was told that there was nothing they could do.
ALSO, When I went to move out they asked me why I was leaving, I told them about all of these incidents again and they told me that they were under new management and the old employees wouldn't do anything to help me but now the new ones would... when I got to the part about the guy shaving in my sink they told me they had caught the guy and he was fired.
And if that's not convincing enough I've been out of the apartment for 6 months and I still have to deal with them over an incident with PGE. Clackamas Village told me when I moved out that I didn't have to call PGE as a matter of fact I was not supposed to that they would call and cancel my electricity. So I didn't... well they never did and I've been being charged ever since I moved out for electricity in that apartment.
I wish none of this happens to you! Save yourself and your sanity DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!
