The good thing about these apartments are that the team that works there is outgoing and very energetic. They helped my wife extremely well when we needed a place asap. The bad is how much rent has gone up in 15 months, Started at 475 and now we pay 600 for a Tiny 1 bedroom with no Balcony. The Ugly is the security company that likes to have peoples cars towed when they are parked in a legal spot. Costing us 140 dollars and 4 hours lost pay from our Jobs. Yes this is a quit community, but at the same time a place I couldn,t live in anylonger. Only reason we signed a second Lease is because the staff is great.
