Not a greta place to live

My year lease is almost up and I will be glad to find a new place. Shortly after I moved here my truck was towed at 5am and so I had no ride to work and it cost me $150. When I spoke to the staff about this they had a couldn't care less attitude. This generally seems to be the attitude if you come to them with a problem or question.
There is a huge problem with mold on the windows. We were told about this when we moved in but nothing has been done about it, we were just told about it.
Hot tub has been broken for over a year now and it doesn't look like it will be fixed any time soon.
Security guard seems to like harassing people, however I don't believe his is there anymore.
However, saying all of this, over the past months there does seem to be some improvement. Staff did a great job of weeding out the scumbags, being more helpful and generally trying to make the living experience better.
Keep it up and this will be a really nice place to live!
