The apartments are ok if you don't mind hauling your laundry every week!
The rent is reasonable and no bugs BUT it is very noisy, kids are always outdoors makes me feel like I am trapped in a daycare! I was flashed in the laundry room by a whacked out homeless guy. We sometimes have to park blocks away and on the street because you must pay EXTRA for parking. I won't go in the jacuzzi anymore because some guy was "playing" with himself in there.
The management staff is nice and the move in was simple...I think they don't say much though because they don't want to open their mouth.
There is always two armed cops after 9pm so you can imagine why!
