Do not, I repeat do not rent here! I lived in this apartment complex for 3 weeks and it was broken into. Everything that I own was gone through and when I called the office when I came home to discover this, they weren't at all surprised. I had to wait in an apartment that had just been burgularized for my lock on the door to be replaced and when I went to get out of my lease agreement I was told to provide a police report and I wouldn't have to pay to break the lease. Which I did the next day. I never did stay in that apartment again. I moved out and everything was supposed to be taken care of. Then I receive a bill 1 month later for $1300. They had lost the police report. (So they say) Once again I provided it and everything was supposed to be taken care of. (So they said.) Last week, 7 months after I moved out they send me to a collection agency when I was told everything was taken care of and never was sent a bill. Apparently they lost the police report again and now they say they may waive the lease breakage fees. Not only was I vandalized by having everything of value stolen, but now the apartment complex wants to rip me off too. They do not know how to run a business nor do they have any compassion for people. Why kick someone while they are already down' They do! Learn from my mistake. Do not rent from them.
