Clackamas Village apartments is managed by Cambridge Real Estate who does not accept any sort of payment arrangements AT ALL!! One resident lived there for five years and missed one payment and they evicted her. If there is ANY reason that at ANY point you will not be able to come up with rent, they WILL NOT accept payments and they will evict you. Affinity Property Management has many properties which mostly accept payment plans because they understand that sometimes bad things happen where people get put into a bad spot. There are never washers/dryers available, the parking nark and the community watch people people make you feel like you are being stalked. Parking is horrible and the ladies at the office are pleasant until you sign the papers. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

I do not live or work here. However I am looking for a Property Management position in the area and looking at the ratings. It seems pretty obvious and pathetic that some employee of Affinity Property Management wrote a extremely unprofessional negative review on the community in order to plug themselves. Sad.
