If you live on the third floor, its ok.

This apartment complex has many problems. I have lived here for only one year. During that year there have been two shootings, at least one raid on an apartment for a cocaine bust, paint falling off of the facia of the roofline, and little maintenance. We got new roofing material, but the promised repainting of the complex has not occured. In my apartment I have a mold problem and have been attempting to have it resolved through the maintenance dept for 8 months. The work has begun several times but never completed. The "community watch" people treat residents with disdane and rudeness. The covered parking is also poorly maintained. The rent starts out pretty good but there is no loyalty to tenants with no complaints against them and no late rent payments. I would not reccomend that you rent from this complex. I live on the third floor, so I am failry insulated from the many problems that occur at ground level. The pool is not very clean, the exercise room is poorly equiped and the hot tub is disgusting. The apartment complex is very near to my job, and because I do not want to lose my deposit by terminating my lease I have not left. The apartment should have a very large sign that reads "Rent at your own risk!"
