I lived at Clackamas village for a year in 2001. 2 Loads of Laundry were stolen because they don't put private washers and dryers in each unit. AND I had to call security about once a week due to noise complaints from neighbors and drunk kids playing in the pool at 1am. I was SO GLAD when my lease was up I moved right away! Also- they towed my car without reason. They ended up paying me back for that since it wasn't a valid tow. AND when it came to give back my deposit, I cleaned UP AND DOWN SPOTLESS and they took about $600 out of $640. To top it off, they didnt pay me the $40 refund in time (30 day limit or it doubles) and guess what!' Law stated if they dont pay you back within that 30 day frame, they legally owe you double. So I threatened court and they quickly paid double after 35 days. I wish the building would be torn down and put up a park or something useful. Maybe management should be changed. I hated that place!
