I have lived here for almost five years now and couldn't be more happy. I have watched this place go from really bad to great. The management has really turned Clackamas Village around and put a lot of money into the place. The Office staff is great and I have never had an issue with them. Any time that I have had to submit a maintenance request, my issue was resolved very quickly and the maintenance staff are always very friendly. The rent is cheaper than any other place I have lived at and I couldn't be more happy with my living conditions. I read some of the things these people have written and I just don't see where this is coming from. They must be the very people that they are all complaining about, noisey neihbors, drug dealers ect. Management must have kicked them out in an effort to clean the place up. I really do not have negative thing to say about Clackamas Village.
