It is an okay place to live

I have been living in Clackamas Village apartments for a year now. I just renewed my lease today. Parking is fine if you get home early. By 9 or so if you don't have a carport you'll have to find parking in the street. I have a carport that I recently had to get (an extra $15 a month) because I don't get off work until late and the grounds are very dimly lit. It can get pretty scary.
I have only had a problem with the laundry facilities once. I walked in 2 minutes before my laundry was finished and I caught someone taking my clothes out of the machine and sticking them in a trash bag! When confronted he gave me a lame excuse about it being a mistake. After that I started staying in the laundry room with my clothes.
Maintenance is awesome! They are pretty prompt and they do an amazing job. The staff is always very friendly and I haven't had a problem with them. I would recommend someone to rent here and I have before. It's a bit expensive if you rent a 2 bedroom 2 bath upgraded apartment $800 plus $56 water/sewer.
