I lived at this apartment for several months before fleeding for my safety and health!

I lived in an upstairs apartment with very thin walls and very poor insulation and ventilation. The neighbors below me were heavy cigarette and pot smokers and my entire apartment would literally smell like smoke. I am allergice to smoke so for me this was terrible and dangerous. Also, there were drugs everywhere. Gangs also seemed to be everywhere. You couldn't walk anywhere on the grounds without seeing litter, drug paraphanellia everywhere, and poor landscaping. The neighbors are very noisy and there is always very loud music and parties going on. Someone in my building got shot in the neck! The people in the office were not very responsive and went back on their word. Only some residents paid water and sewer so those who got socked with bill had to pay for huge bills from families that used alot of water which I didn't feel was fair.
