Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2005
 
I have lived here over 5 years . It was a big enough slum to start with but with the new management its gotten even WORSE!

People are moving out in droves, trash is piling up and only 1 maybe 2 pools open out of 6. The rec center is a gang hangout and graffitti all over the place.

If the cops are coming in its to stem the rampant gang problem.
