It is a very affordable complex, and although old, my 3 bedroom cottage style was clean. Their screening process is very strict, and I've had good luck with having them fix problems in a timely manner.
The only concern I have is with little things, kitchen water pipes are noisy, a request was documented at move-in to replace missing mirrored doors for the built in medicine cabinet/shelf below the main bathroom mirror, and still haven't been installed two months later.
If you are the kind of person who only needs a "Motel 6" when traveling, then this should work for you. If you're looking for an "attractive" apartment or are afraid of multi-ethnic neighborhoods, then look elsewhere. And if you can afford it, the 3 bedroom cottage style apartments are worth the money.
