If you don't want to believe these reviews, just ask a Beaverton cop...

Whenever I go apartment hunting in a new area, the FIRST people I talk to are the cops. They will always be able to tell you in short order where you want to live and where you don't.
Ask the Beaverton Cops about Cedar Mill Crossing, and they will probably laugh in your face.
Really, it's just so sad... The concept is good as is the location. Unfortunately, the place just seems to draw the absolute worst scum of the earth. Most people wouldn't even believe it, but the place used to be OK up until about the late 80's (Before it became so "Ethnically Diverse"). It took a steep nosedive in the early 1990's and has been swirling down the toilet ever since. Every time I think it can??t get any worse, it does.
As things stand, imagine a 26 acre crack house.
That's CMC.
Drugs, Thieves, Gangs and undesirables of every kind. It seems like 2 of every 3 residents are subhuman, slovenly pigs who sow about trash without a second thought. It's dangerous and unsafe, not to mention it has about 1/3 of all the Sexual Offenders in Washington County.
The best thing that can happen to that part of Beaverton is for CMC to be bulldozed and a brand new complex be built with the rents starting at $1K per unit.
