I hate this place.

disadvatages:
Trash everywhere.
Screaming children at all hours.
Old, wrecked apartment with stained carpet they'll probably make me pay for when I move.
Tons of people just hanging out in the parking lot that stare at you when you pass
People touch and hang out all over your car. They'd probably break in it if I didn't have an alarm.
Unorganized management.
Junk cars that just sit in the parking spots and never EVER move.
People let their kids run wherever, esp. in front of your car as you drive.
Dirty, freightening laundry rooms. I don't want to leave my clothes, but I really don't want to stay in there.
One room for all the mail. On the complete opposite side of the complex for most people.
Stupid icecream truck that plays spanish music, WTF'
Used to think the creek was charming, but now its just a playground for loud obnoxious children that throw their trash in it.
I see very very little upscale people, and if I do, I feel very bad for them and know they probably hate it as much as I do.
With place would look nice if not for all the horrible people.
I hate coming home AND going out the front door.

advantages:
cheap rent.

Basically, this is a trailer park and mexico combined.

Now I really really miss my $570/month 300 sq studio compared to this hellhole.
