TRASH, METH, and MORE!

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2006
I have lived here for 7 years. The first 2 weren't bad, but it has steadily gotten worse. The new management company is a joke. Maintenance is a awful, the grounds are going to crap and because they can't keep tenants the place is teeming with drugs, gangs, and a colorful assortment of convicted felons. The place keeps getting bought and sold and so the management is not very stable. The Rec room, which looks impressive is closed at 5PM, the Hot tub is ALWAYS Closed, and most of the equipment in the weight room is inoperative or in need of maintenance. Last week the dumpsters were piled about 4 feet above the top with week old trash in 95 degree heat. The appliances are old and energy inefficient. My power bill in a one bedroom is $60 in the the summer, 100 in the winter and I have GAS heat! When my current lease is up I'm out of here!
