Management is irresponsible and unprofessional. The apartments are not maintained and are very disgusting. Upon speaking to them regarding our lease ending, they informed us that they had lost half of our paper work including the peice that explains the damages or flaws we noticed upon move in. (HOW CONVEINENT) in which will leave us with no return deposit and possibly paying more. We agreed on a second level apartment, and were placed in a first floor. They knew we had a young child and placed us in a unit in which the backdoor had no safety lock and dropped off over a creek. Management refused to place a security lock on the door when asked. The mantainance and cleaning hadnt been completed on the unit before our move in besides the fact that they pushed our move in date back two weeks. When unpacking, I found a small bag, still containing what looked like crack, above the cabinets in the kitchen. The gas heater hadnt been maintained in who knows how long causing small explosions to happen and could have left us for dead if we hadnt of called NW natural to come and take care of it. the light outside our apartment was out for three weeks even though we called during the first week requesting to have it fixed. The garbages stay overflown.... and the list of things goes on and on.. Just replusive. please do not live here.
