I have seen them come and I have seen them go, but Cambridge is by far the worst management company. The vacancy rate is outrageous, greater than 20%. The management will let you pay your rent twice if you don't have proof of paying them, so always get a signed receipt with the date on it. The main problems are garbage, poorly kept grounds, run down facilities, and 1 to 2 month waits for repairs.

This is very true but if you sleep with the supervisor for the grounds you get things done right away. The problem is that you have a group that has very unethical view ans jill picard is the leader she will lie to cover her ass.
