It's alright.

To be honest, it isn't horrible if you just want a place to live for a cheap price. My apartment has never had any mold issues, and has great insulation. I also lucked out with some fairly quiet upstairs neighbors, and I've never heard anyone next door.

The facilities (exercise room, laundry, mail room, pools) aren't that great, but at least one of the pools is pretty decent. The buildings in general also look pretty bad from the outside, but I'm pleased with my living space. I can't say I'll be staying here long-term, but my experience hasn't been a bad one. Just average.
