The cedar Mill Crossing Apartments are one of the worst place anyone could ever try to rent from. They have refused the entire summer of 2007 to open any pool, rec-room, tennis/basketball courts ect... They are now threatning to take away the playground. the have been going through our mail. Entering our apartments without notice. They make you pay for anything that needs fixed or replaced due to age. They have been caught stealing from apartments. Dont leave your apartment for more then a weekend or you will come home to find it empty and all your stuff in a big dumpster. There is a Gang turf war within the complex that consists of 5 different gangs. This is a major drug dealing complex. There are stabings every day and night. They even attack for no reason. A rape a week in this place. Almost every building has a tarp for a roof. There is esbestos, lead paint, and deadly mold in every building. This is a slum and they want 800 a month for a 1 bed. 1200 a month for a 3. Do not let them con you into renting they can say theu have been making it beter or remodling but it is a lie. I have live here for 7 years and it was way better then like a paradise. now it sucks and the rent have gone sky high. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

Yes it's true to all of the above because I used to live their and they need to tear down the whole entire complexes of the 27 acres they say they have, because when I lived their last year omg the roof leaked on my kitchen stove and all they did was to patch and put a blue tarp so what kinda crap is that and my toilet never worked and the water heater never ever workded right, they think bye painting the outside looks good uh no, just remember the insides of all the apts are really bad, and molded I repeast MOLDED!!!!!! and meath aptments are in the back geez dosen't any body care, I think the health inspectors or someone should clean up the entire acres and build condiums or homes. and get rid of them ganster thieving people who live there, not to mention they also broke my window while I was their So please!!!!!!!!!!!!be advised someone should close them Apts roded buildings. NOW!!!!!!! I don't know why they are still in buisness Maybe the mayor should do something about these CEDAR MILLS APTS!!!!!!!!!!!!

lol its not a lie. They've also broken my lease many many times, they lied about the water being shut off during the hottest hours and the hottest days of the month (also while all 6 pools are closed) due to a broken pipeline.... when they were done there's a brandnew sprinkler system all over the apartment complex. Why? To make the LANDSCAPING more pretty. Not to make it better for the residents, or do anything to the rotting wood and mold on the inside of these places, but to make it pretty on the outside so they can trick you into paying $1200 for a 3 bedroom. DONT come here, they lie and discriminiate. if there are any LAWYERS reading this please contact me, I want to sue the hell out of these people.
