Dying Apartment Complex

I would hope by now you have read all the other posting about this apartment complex. If you haven't here's the down low. We have gangs, violence, robberies, mold in every apartment. We have 7 pools including 1 indoor none of which have been open since the summer of 2006, and the indoor should be open year round but it's being using for storage for the "repairs" they have been making. The roof repairs are half ass and the crew have no respect or I think any knowledge of what their doing. On top of all this ----, anyone who lived here before construction started on the complex is not able to resign a lease and people are also getting 30 day notices if they are not in a lease. I have been here for about a year and a half and we have had 4 different management companies because this place is a ---- hole and the only reason I haven't left is because rent is cheap and I can't afford to move, and I live in the back where I do not have to be involved with the rest of the complex.In case anyone reads this posting and needs a lawyer I have been informed of a company call Prepaid lawyers. It will cost $27 the 1st month and $17 every month after that for as long as you use their service. It is a great company and they will have a lawyer that will always go to court with you for anything you need all the way down to traffic fines. look up www.prepaidlawyer.com/shilo
