to find more info about who is running the company, search on the internet at www.filinginoregon.com and click on business name search, then type in Tandem Property Management under business name. This will then link you to a page and double click on Tandem Property Management's name. You will then be able to find out who to sue, if you need to it's the registered agent, and who's running the company. Good info to know especially if you feel they owe you money and not responding. Another good site to look at is under ORS 90.300 which states that they have 31 days to return correct deposit or written account of the monies used. please check these out, i've done much research to gather this. Also, there is the www.osbar.org which is the Oregon State Bar and can link you to cheap lawyers, legal advice and much more.
