I only lived here for a few months and when I moved out, they charged me for "hidden costs". They didn't tell me they were going to charge me for the carpet cleaning. I was charged for one day of unpaid rent (a day that I wasn't even there!), $1.00 for "unpaid utilities" HUH'' and a late fee which was "supposed" to be waived. It's not worth fighting for because I won't get my money anyway but I just want to warn anyone else....DON'T MOVE HERE AND DON'T EXPECT TO SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN!

Yes they will go to great lenths to try and figure out what you "owe" them so they dont have to give you the money back. They charged me for stains on the kitchen counter tops such as a kool aid stain. Well they used regular interior paint on them. Just an example of how much the leasing staff lies: lets say when she was showing the place and I had said "oh i see they used regular house paint to fix up the counter tops, am I gonna have to pay for it if that messes up?" She defintely would have said no! (Frankly she may have said that its been so long since I actually lived there) You coudnt leave anything on the counter that was stainy for longer than a few mintes before there was a permanent stain. Allot of times I felt like Oliver on green acres having to deal with these people and how propesterous their reasoning is.

i live in the appartments to and i thin that they are messed up i mean they opened the pool and everything but when they were closeing them they were drinking and then i once saw them smocking and making out and i was just so digusted and then i watched the news and i just saw them on and they were saying that they were warning people to leave 30 days before they were supposed to leave and i dont know what you think about these apartments but im just saying whats true because i've been living here for 7 years and its almost going to be 8 on 8-30-8 and they have been doing this for a while now and they just suck they rob they go into peoples homes when they're gone and steel stuff and do everything in there and i can just go on and on but it's to much but yahh so i don't recamend any one to live over here

The management consistently lies to your face about the most ridiculous things - if a current tenant tries to move into one of their "remodeled" apartments they say there's a waiting list, but there are huge signs in front of the place saying $99 move-in special/Now Leasing. Most of the original tenants moved here when we had a rec room, fitness room, indoor pool, basketball courts, tennis courts, four laundry rooms and all the pools were open all summer until 10pm. They've taken away everything but two laundry rooms (which rarely have hot water) and will Sometimes open the pool in the summer, but only until 8pm when it's not even dark. There's constant construction - first they paint, then they put up rain gutters (that don't work and leak everywhere), THEN they go back and replace the roofs, then the balcony, etc. They won't fix anything in the apartments - the manager's motto is "we don't repair anything until the tenant has moved out" - HAH! What kind of maintenance is that?? There's construction trash everywhere all the time, the roads have Huge potholes - and there's NO community as about 300 people have been ordered to leave within 30 days "due to remodeling" and the rest are biding their time every month, waiting for the notice - the manager and staff are hostile and haughty, the place is crawling with roaches (they gut apartments, and then the bugs all move to the few that still have tenants). This used to be a nice place to live - I've been here over six years, but the last three years have been awful. They charge 30-40 month for water, which is almost what a person would pay for a 3-bedroom house, but the apts don't even have washers/dryers (a few of the new ones - maybe 50 of 600) so you still have to pay $2.50 to do a load of laundry. They tow cars for flat tires, or if you leave it parked in one place for too long, even if it's legal with tags. This is a great location that's gone totally downhill - and I'm sure the "New Owner" bought it thinking that there would be this huge development across the street...well, they got rid of the wonderful nursery that was there for decades, flattened the land and then the whole project went bankrupt - I don't think he's going to have the money he hoped for rolling in. Do yourself a favor and find a Nice apartment, with Real cupboards and flooring that actually Meets the wall (instead of leaving gaps that can't be cleaned). Someone else mentioned that this place was on the news - that was the year they wouldn't open even One of the five pools, and at that time, the Owner said flat out "I don't care what the tenants want" and then put a huge chain and padlock on the main pool gate. It's miserable here - really depressing. All of the people who have moved out are so glad they were forced to leave, because they were able to find out what it's like to actually live in a nice place that REPAIRS things, and the manager doesn't treat them like a dog. Don't move here - let this new owner go broke, and the New Management all file for unemployment - they've treated the tenants like crap for two years, and it's about time they sat on the other side of the table. Interesting note - NONE of the office staff lives here, which says a lot!!
