Ever since Tandem Property Management s acquisition of Cedar Mill Crossing now known as Commons at Cedar Mill LLC their emphasis has been on positive changes in both property management and the many refurbishments. As a long time resident of Cedar Mill Crossing the changes I appreciate include the newly built covered patio decks accompanying each newly finished apartment complete with new kitchen and laundry appliances as well as wall to wall carpeting throughout. New reinforced window and door jams are secured with new Clima Guard Low-E Glass windows and sliding glass patio doors ensuring each apartment s aesthetic as well as total energy efficiently. Other new creature comforts among the oaks along the creek side include lots of newly paved well lighted parking, new sidewalks and of course the meticulously well maintained swimming pools. Both of the management and the staff Tandem Property Management have been extremely helpful, responsive and gracious throughout this welcome change it is clear the Tandem will be an asset to Cedar Mill. Please, make sure you take a walk by the creek s tall pines, lazy willows and graceful oaks among the many meticulously manicured lawns and sidewalks and see if you can find the covered bridge.

Don't you think that if an employee was going to write a review, they would at least make it sound like they aren't an employee? MAYBE someone like myself actually does like living here!

Yet again another staffer trying to pass as a tenant...clean pools my rear...there has been a diaper floating in the pool behind my apt for the last 2 weeks....

Ugh....yeah this is obviously a faker....STOP POSTING these reviews you asswipe! You know all that crap you're saying isn't true! The remodels are not making the place any better, and Tandem Property Management SUCKS ASS!!!
