I've been in the area a long time and due to circumstances moved here knowing I was getting what I paid for. I can't sign a lease and they let me do a monthly contract. I am happy to report it is above what I had expected. 10 years ago I visited a friend here and it was not very nice. But when I came they were working on the building and the office was finished and they said this was the new style. If things stay this way _ and my situation is the same I'll be here a very long time. I'm not surprised by all the bad posts. It seems there are a lot of people around here that are satisfied with their lot in life and don't work to better themselves (literally) But if you are optimistic and want more from life this is a great way to start. I love the new look and color. I find the girls in the office professional- and haven't had any issues inside for maint. people. I know it's human nature to point out the negative- and this place isn't perfect. But at least it looks like they are working on improvements.
